Teacher Performance Under the Influence of Training, Work Motivation and Teacher Competence

Teacher performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a teacher carrying out his duties accordance with responsibilities given to him. The purpose this study was see effect training, motivation competence on teacher's performance. research methodology used quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. sample play group Pekanbaru City. are 64 take proportional random sampling. results partially showed (1) training t count (4,922) table (2,4) means that has significant (2) Work motivation, (4.171) , mean variable (3) competence, (5,453) (2,4 ) . This Competence (4) test show together affect playgroup teachers. evidenced F (93,877) (2,753). Then Adjusted R Square value 0.873. contribution influence independent dependent 87%. While remaining 13% influenced other variables not included model. implication schools seek increase providing reinforcement such as giving awards for been so teachers can optimal motivation.
